Known for its iconic statue of Kazimierz Pułaski holding court over the butteriest benches on the East Coast, Freedom Plaza aka Pulaski has been D.C.’s skateboarding Mecca for decades. As the District’s only skate shop, Crushed came in hot in 2020, providing a new hub for scene, community, and devoted plaza denizens.
An homage to the Capital City’s proving ground, Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Crushed brings unexpected details to the Dunk with a “Golden Hour” inspired colorway, triple lace situation, and custom insole art that calls back to the grit, graffiti, and glory that does down behind the scenes. Finished with a sunkissed Swoosh, the Crushed Dunk captures that perfect bit of light flashing off the Pulaski’s legendary ledges… just don’t think of waxing them. Ever.
