Founded in 2017, Glasgow, Scotland-based brand Doyenne began with a trailblazing mission to create ungendered, inclusive gear with a sustainable mindset. Through fostering safe spaces to making zines, ephemera, and clothing, Doyenne’s mission has become a multi-disciplined beacon of inclusivity and change.
The Nike SB Blazer Low Doyenne folds ethos, aesthetic, and the concept of duality into an ungendered iteration of an icon. With sustainability at the forefront, Doyenne reimagined the iconic Blazer, starting with a unique undyed pineapple canvas material and a vulcanized sole partially constructed with Nike reGrind recycled rubber materials. With an emphasis on individuality, the Nike SB Doyenne Blazer Low features a sole with custom swirling colors drawn from their palette, unique to each pair. Finished with denim-patterend canvas overlays with rubber underlays in high abrasion areas, the Doyenne Blazer Low personalizes the classic silhouette, adding insole art, a custom back loop, and Doyenne branding.
The Doyenne Blazer Low releases in skateshops March 3 and SNKRS March 8.
