Beloved, debased, and prolific, The Melvins have been the premier purveyors of sludge since 1983. Each of their stylized Dunk High Pro SBs offered an equally ornate and grim take on the silhouette, employing crimson plasma saturation, logotypes, scrawl, iconography and a Chinese symbol that of course, translates to “blood” just to reinforce the gore.
